RETURN POLICY
All Eriness sales are final. Please note the measurements for each item on its respective product page before purchasing. If you purchase an Eriness item from an outside retailer and want to return or exchange it, please contact the original retailer as Eriness is only responsible for items purchased through eriness.com.
Repairs can be facilitated by emailing orders@eriness.com. Repairs fees start at $30 and have a lead time of 2-4 weeks. The customer maintains responsibility of the jewelry during the entirety of the repair process.
